These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

5.2. Dispute Resolution
The parties agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms through amicable negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved within thirty (30) days of a party’s written notice to the other, it shall be referred to and finally resolved by binding arbitration administered by the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) under the HKIAC Administered Arbitration Rules in force when the Notice of Arbitration is submitted. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties. The seat of arbitration shall be Hong Kong, and the language of the arbitration shall be English.

5.3. Exclusive Jurisdiction
Unless otherwise agreed, the parties agree that the arbitration specified herein shall be the sole and exclusive mechanism for resolving any disputes. Notwithstanding this, the operator of this website reserves the right to seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights.
